The target: Lancastrians taught the basics of AI. One per cent of Lancashire.
Finland's Elements of AI initiative set out to teach one per cent of Finns the basics and exceeded that goal. Lancashire's challenge is a planned programme of free sessions, employer pledges and an honest public counter.
Current confirmed participants: 0. The count will rise only when participation can be verified after launch.
Pledge your workplace earlyThe 15,000 target uses the Lancashire Combined County Authority geography: Lancashire County Council, Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen, described by government as a 1.5 million-resident area. Source and definition.
